  • Making unrealistic offers (high pay, immediate remote work, or fast-track hiring) without a structured interview process.
  • Requesting sensitive personal or financial details (bank account information, identity documents) via insecure platforms.
  • Demanding upfront payments for “training,” “equipment,” “background checks,” or gift cards.

What Wytmode Recruiters Will Never Do

What To Do If You Suspect a Scam
If you believe you have been contacted by an impersonator:
