About Product & Role


PlanInsta is Wytmode’s lightweight, AI-powered social media scheduler—designed for solo-preneurs, small businesses, and marketing teams who want to plan, design, and auto-post their content without the chaos. It combines simplicity with automation, letting users focus on content strategy, not copy-pasting.


As a Senior Account Executive at Wytmode Cloud, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our revenue engine - owning outreach, pipeline management, and closing across our no-code AI product suite. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product teams, refine our sales processes, and turn qualified leads into high-LTV customers.


In addition to driving results, you’ll also assist and mentor junior sales specialists - helping them sharpen their skills, hit their goals, and grow into sales leaders themselves. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role for a strategic closer who thrives on both execution and leadership.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, demo, and close deals.
  • Generate leads through strategic outreach via email, LinkedIn, and relevant channels.
  • Convert inbound leads into paying customers with high retention value.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, target the right segments, and optimize lead funnels.
  • Identify and experiment with scalable outbound strategies and automation tools.
  • Mentor and support junior inside sales reps, sharing playbooks, tips, and real-time coaching.
  • Provide insights from the field to improve product positioning and customer targeting.

Required Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up habits - you don’t let warm leads go cold.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in selling to startups, SMBs, or agencies.
  • Familiarity with no-code tools, AI products, or automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with outreach tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of sales metrics like CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, etc.
  • You’ve mentored junior reps or contributed to building a sales playbook.
