About Product & Role
PlanInsta is Wytmode’s lightweight, AI-powered social media scheduler—designed for solo-preneurs, small businesses, and marketing teams who want to plan, design, and auto-post their content without the chaos. It combines simplicity with automation, letting users focus on content strategy, not copy-pasting.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential users, and converting them into loyal PlanInsta customers. You’ll own the full sales cycle - from outreach to close - and play a direct role in growing the product’s revenue. This role is ideal for someone who’s hungry, persuasive, and energized by weekly targets and clear outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, social media DMs, and other channels.
- Perform cold outreach to individual creators, agencies, and SMBs who can benefit from PlanInsta.
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert free users into paying customers.
- Understand customer pain points and clearly explain PlanInsta’s value proposition.
- Hit or exceed weekly sales/revenue targets with support from marketing and product teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve product positioning and outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to hit outreach or conversion targets under deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote setup.
- Strong understanding of digital tools like LinkedIn, email outreach platforms, and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media tools, digital marketing workflows, or content planning software.
- Experience selling SaaS subscriptions to creators, freelancers, or small businesses.
- Prior exposure to sales funnels, basic metrics (like CAC, MRR), and working in an early-stage startup.
- Bonus points if you’ve previously helped launch or grow a product from early traction.
