About the role
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and non-IT positions either for Wytmode or for the clients.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, referrals, database, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and co-ordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with the clients' hiring team or internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate information using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools and internal tools.
- Schedule interviews, provide regular follow-ups, and ensure effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and track hiring metrics as required and effectively log all activities on respective trackers.
- Support recruitment process improvements, SOP development, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, general management, business administration, commerce or arts discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in IT and / or non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with various ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, and other CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional business English.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder communication and senior management etiquette.
- Ability to work independently under high pressure environment with tight deadlines and less supervision - as well as collaboratively in a professional environment.
