About the role


The Chief of Staff (CoS) acts as a strategic extension of the Founder & CEO, enabling focus on company priorities by driving execution, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. This role combines strategic planning, business operations, internal communications, and leadership enablement to ensure that Wytmode’s initiatives move from intent to execution with clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes. The Chief of Staff works closely with leadership across sales, delivery, finance, and operations to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain organizational momentum during periods of growth and change.

Key responsibilities


  • Act as the primary execution partner to the Founder & CEO, translating strategic priorities into clearly defined initiatives, milestones, and ownership. 100% of CEO priorities tracked with documented goals, owners, and timelines.
  • Drive company-wide operating rhythm through structured planning, weekly reviews, leadership syncs, and performance tracking. Weekly and monthly business reviews conducted with documented actions and follow-ups.
  • Own preparation, coordination, and follow-through for leadership meetings, board discussions, and strategic reviews. 100% of meetings supported with agendas, pre-reads, and post-meeting action summaries.
  • Monitor progress across strategic initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and execution gaps early. Issues escalated within 48 hours with proposed solutions or trade-offs.
  • Partner with functional leaders to improve execution discipline, decision-making clarity, and accountability. Clear KPIs and success metrics defined for all major initiatives.
  • Lead special projects across growth, operations, process improvement, or organizational design as assigned by the CEO. Projects delivered within agreed timelines and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain a central view of company performance including revenue, pipeline, delivery health, hiring, and operational metrics. Weekly CEO dashboard maintained with no data gaps beyond 7 days.
  • Improve internal communication flow by ensuring strategic context, decisions, and priorities are clearly cascaded across the organization. Quarterly internal alignment score measured through leadership feedback.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance cadence for leadership and key roles in collaboration with HR and operations. 100% of leadership hires onboarded with defined 30-60-90 plans.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategy, organizational scaling, and external-facing priorities. Strategic recommendations backed by structured analysis and data.

Qualifications


  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred from a reputed institution; or high-performing professionals with 4 to 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, startups, or fast-growing organizations.
  • Prior experience working closely with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership in execution-heavy roles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy, financials, operations, and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in professional business English.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving, structuring, and prioritization skills with comfort in ambiguity.
  • Advanced proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
  • Ownership mindset, high execution intensity, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

IT assets will not be provided during the probation period; upon successful completion, the company will issue a business laptop, noise-cancelling headset, wireless mouse, and a backpack.

Leave Policy

During the probation period, employees are entitled to 2 paid sick leaves; upon successful completion, they receive 10 paid sick leaves, 10 paid casual leaves, 5 mandatory holidays, 5 optional holidays, and 4 quarterly wellness holidays, with casual leaves eligible for carry forward and encashment at exit, capped at 25 leaves.
