About the Department (Business Development)
The Business Development department at Wytmode is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by acquiring and expanding long-term client partnerships across Wytmode Workforce and Wytmode Omni. The team focuses on identifying high-fit companies, understanding their execution and scaling challenges, and positioning Wytmode as a compliance-first, SLA-driven execution partner rather than a traditional staffing or outsourcing vendor. Working closely with founders and delivery teams, Business Development owns the end-to-end journey from prospecting and discovery to contract closure, ensuring each engagement is structured for predictable outcomes, recurring revenue, and long-term client retention.
About the Role (Wytmode Workforce)
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving new business for Wytmode Workforce by acquiring clients that require IT staffing and managed workforce solutions. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their hiring and execution needs, and converting opportunities into long-term, contract-based engagements.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients for IT staffing and managed workforce services
Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach and professional networks
Conduct discovery discussions to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
Support proposal preparation, commercial discussions, and deal closures
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track lead-to-deal conversions
Basic Qualifications
3 to 4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Excellent outbound sales and lead generation techniques
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or managed services sales
Exposure to contract, contract-to-hire, or managed workforce models
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
