About the Department (Business Development)


The Business Development department at Wytmode is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by acquiring and expanding long-term client partnerships across Wytmode Workforce and Wytmode Omni. The team focuses on identifying high-fit companies, understanding their execution and scaling challenges, and positioning Wytmode as a compliance-first, SLA-driven execution partner rather than a traditional staffing or outsourcing vendor. Working closely with founders and delivery teams, Business Development owns the end-to-end journey from prospecting and discovery to contract closure, ensuring each engagement is structured for predictable outcomes, recurring revenue, and long-term client retention.


About the Role (Wytmode Omni)


The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for acquiring new business for Wytmode Omni by identifying, engaging, and converting companies that require customer support, technical support, back-office, and contact-center operations on a managed, SLA-driven model.

This is a revenue-impacting, quota-carrying role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, discovery calls, proposal support, and deal closure support.


Responsibilities


  • Identify and acquire new clients aligned with Wytmode Omni’s ITES, BPO, and contact-center services

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and network-driven outreach

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, volumes, and SLAs

  • Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and deal closures

  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, leads, and conversion tracking


Basic Qualifications


  • 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales

  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent outbound sales and lead generation techniques


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in ITES, BPO, staffing, or managed services sales

  • Exposure to SLA-driven or retainer-based service models

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
