About the Department (Support & Operations)
The Support & Operations team at Wytmode is responsible for delivering reliable customer support and operational services across multiple channels. The team operates in a process-driven, quality-focused environment, ensuring consistent service delivery, adherence to SLAs, and positive customer experiences for global clients.
About the Role
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling interactions across voice and digital channels. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and professional support while following defined workflows and service standards.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality
Follow scripts, SOPs, and escalation procedures
Document interactions accurately in internal systems
Meet individual and team performance metrics
Basic Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in customer support or call center operations
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
