About the Department (Human Resources)
The Human Resources function at Wytmode is execution-driven and compliance-first, designed to enable fast, reliable workforce scaling without operational friction. HR at Wytmode owns talent lifecycle management end-to-end—hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance governance—ensuring teams are execution-ready from day one. The department operates as a strategic enabler, balancing speed, accountability, and people-centric practices to support predictable outcomes at scale.
About the Role (Wytmode Workforce)
The role owns end-to-end technical recruitment, delivering high-quality talent under tight timelines in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. It requires strong technical understanding, accountability for closures, and the ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver high-target technical hiring across multiple roles and clients
Source and submit relevant profiles within 48 hours of requirement intake
Lead, mentor, and monitor junior recruiters’ performance and delivery quality
Actively use LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Naukri Recruiter for targeted sourcing
Coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures
Basic Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in technical recruitment within staffing agencies
Proven experience in contract, C2H, and permanent hiring models
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Naukri Recruiter
Demonstrated ability to lead recruiters and own team-level hiring outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Strong track record of high closure targets in competitive hiring markets
Experience mentoring and scaling junior recruiting teams
Ability to quickly understand complex technology stacks and niche roles
Experience working in fast-paced, SLA-driven or startup environments
