About the Department (Human Resources)


The Human Resources function at Wytmode is execution-driven and compliance-first, designed to enable fast, reliable workforce scaling without operational friction. HR at Wytmode owns talent lifecycle management end-to-end—hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance governance—ensuring teams are execution-ready from day one. The department operates as a strategic enabler, balancing speed, accountability, and people-centric practices to support predictable outcomes at scale.


About the Role (Wytmode Workforce)


The role owns end-to-end technical recruitment, delivering high-quality talent under tight timelines in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. It requires strong technical understanding, accountability for closures, and the ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple stakeholders.


Responsibilities


  • Own and deliver high-target technical hiring across multiple roles and clients

  • Source and submit relevant profiles within 48 hours of requirement intake

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor junior recruiters’ performance and delivery quality

  • Actively use LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Naukri Recruiter for targeted sourcing

  • Coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures


Basic Qualifications


  • 5 to 7 years of experience in technical recruitment within staffing agencies

  • Proven experience in contract, C2H, and permanent hiring models

  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Naukri Recruiter

  • Demonstrated ability to lead recruiters and own team-level hiring outcomes


Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong track record of high closure targets in competitive hiring markets

  • Experience mentoring and scaling junior recruiting teams

  • Ability to quickly understand complex technology stacks and niche roles

  • Experience working in fast-paced, SLA-driven or startup environments
