About the Department (Executive)
The Executive Department at Wytmode Cloud Private Limited is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, driving long-term growth, and ensuring disciplined execution across all business lines. This department provides leadership oversight across partnerships, operations, workforce solutions, and service delivery, while aligning organizational priorities with market opportunities and stakeholder expectations. It plays a critical role in building governance, shaping ecosystem relationships, and enabling scalable decision-making, ensuring Wytmode operates with clarity, accountability, and a strong founder-led vision as the company grows.
About the Role
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and startup ecosystem platforms across India and overseas.
Lead investor engagement, fundraising preparation, and capital-raising initiatives in alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and capital allocation to ensure financial discipline and sustainability.
Partner with executive leadership to define financial strategy, funding requirements, and long-term capital structure.
Manage investor communications, reporting, and governance to ensure transparency and trust with stakeholders.
Represent the company in investor meetings, ecosystem forums, and strategic discussions as a senior executive.
Collaborate with internal teams to align financial priorities with operational and business objectives.
Monitor financial performance, forecast requirements, and provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
Support the development of financial controls, processes, and compliance frameworks as the company scales.
Build the foundation for a future transition into a Chief Financial Officer role through demonstrated leadership in financial strategy and execution.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, corporate strategy, investor relations, or business leadership roles within startups, technology companies, or professional services organizations.
Proven experience engaging with angel investors, venture capital firms, or institutional investors, including hands-on involvement in fundraising or capital planning.
Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, cash flow planning, and capital allocation in a growth-stage company environment.
Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level and partner closely with founders, board members, and senior leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial and strategic narratives to investors and stakeholders.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, delivery, and leadership teams to align financial strategy with business execution.
High level of integrity, judgment, and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
Strong existing network within the angel, venture capital, and startup ecosystem across India.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience leading or supporting multiple fundraising rounds, including seed, early-stage, or growth-stage capital raises.
Hands-on exposure to financial modeling, valuation frameworks, and investor due diligence processes.
Experience working closely with boards, advisors, and external auditors in a governance-driven environment.
Background in technology, IT services, staffing, or BPO businesses with an understanding of scalable services economics.
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and financial reporting requirements for Indian private limited companies.
Demonstrated potential to grow into a Chief Financial Officer role through strategic thinking, financial leadership, and operational maturity.
