PlanInsta delivers investor-ready business plans tailored to each client’s business context through a structured, consultation-led process. Clients receive expert-driven research and financial forecasting, with a revision window following delivery. Additionally, PlanInsta offers freely accessible digital tools that assess business ideas, validate investor readiness, and enhance entrepreneurial understanding via automated feedback systems. A curated business glossary is also available to support financial and strategic literacy.

Eligibility and Account Access

​

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use PlanInsta’s services. While account registration is not required for accessing free tools or the glossary, purchase of business plan services may require providing your full name, email, and other identifying business details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the engagement process and to keep this information up-to-date.

Payment and Pricing

​

The standard price for the core business plan service is ₹5,999 per plan, with a limited-time introductory offer of ₹4,999. Payment is required upfront before the consultation and research process begins. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways, and PlanInsta does not store your payment information. Prices may be updated from time to time, and all pricing will be displayed clearly before purchase.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of customized digital deliverables, refunds are not offered once the consultation has been conducted or work has commenced. Exceptions to this policy may be considered at PlanInsta’s sole discretion in cases of non-delivery or service failure.

Revisions and Service Timeline

​

Each paid plan includes a seven-day post-delivery revision period during which users may request unlimited edits to their document. Revision requests must remain within the original project scope. Requests that require reworking the business model, adding unrelated content, or creating multiple versions may be subject to additional charges. Delivery timelines are communicated during onboarding and may vary based on the complexity of the business and responsiveness of the client.

User Responsibilities

By using PlanInsta, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business or idea;
• Use our services for lawful purposes only;
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights, including those owned by PlanInsta or third parties;
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our tools, glossaries, or business plans without written permission;
• Not misuse our platform or tools in a way that could impair their availability or integrity.

You are solely responsible for the information you share with us and for reviewing the final deliverables for accuracy and applicability to your use case (e.g., investor presentations, academic submissions, loan applications, etc.).

Intellectual Property

​

All original content created by PlanInsta, including business plans, assessment tools, feedback algorithms, written material, glossary definitions, and the overall platform design, is the intellectual property of Wytmode Cloud and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

The business plan you purchase is yours to use and modify for internal or external purposes, but PlanInsta retains the copyright to all templates, structure, proprietary research methodologies, and tools used in the development process. You may not republish, resell, or distribute the plan or our content as part of a competing service.

Tool Usage and Feedback

​

Our quiz-based tools are intended to provide general diagnostic guidance and educational value. The results, scores, and feedback are generated based on your inputs and should not be construed as investment, legal, or financial advice. While the tools aim for a high degree of accuracy and insight, the outputs are informational in nature and do not substitute professional consultation. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the tool feedback.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PlanInsta services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we aim to maintain high service standards, we make no guarantees that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that the business plans, assessments, or educational resources will lead to funding, academic success, or business growth outcomes. Your use of the services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanInsta and Wytmode Cloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to your use of the services, including but not limited to reliance on business plan content, loss of opportunity, failed funding outcomes, or delays in service. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service.

Termination

​

PlanInsta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our services. Upon termination, you will lose access to any tools or revisions pending completion, and no refunds will be issued.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via our website or by direct email (where applicable). Your continued use of PlanInsta after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru.
