The same information also allows us to offer unlimited revisions during the post-delivery period as part of our quality assurance promise.

For users of the assessment tools, your input is processed through intelligent scoring algorithms to evaluate business viability, plan quality, or VC readiness. Feedback generated is designed to be both informative and strategic, enabling you to refine your approach or document. No user-identifiable data from these tools is used for profiling or advertising. We also use technical and usage data to improve the performance, reliability, and security of our platform and content delivery.

PlanInsta does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. We only share your data with internal personnel - specifically, the domain experts and analysts assigned to your project - who are bound by confidentiality agreements. In some cases, we may use third-party infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting or analytics services) to support our platform, and in such instances, data sharing occurs only under strict contractual protections that comply with data protection standards.

Confidentiality of Underlying Materials

Only the final business plan document shall be shared with the client. All underlying materials - including internal drafts, research data, templates, financial models, proprietary methodologies, and operational know-how - used in the creation of the final deliverable shall remain the exclusive property of PlanInsta and will not be disclosed, distributed, or transferred under any circumstance.

Clients are granted a limited license to use the final business plan solely for their internal purposes, such as fundraising, pitching, or strategic planning. This does not extend to any right over the internal process, source materials, or intellectual frameworks used in its development, which remain confidential and protected.

Data Retention and Storage

PlanInsta retains user data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal obligations. For paid service users, your project information and business details are securely stored for a maximum duration of twelve (12) months from project completion, unless a longer period is contractually requested or legally required. Quiz submissions and tool inputs are stored temporarily and anonymized for statistical analysis after thirty (30) days.

All user data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption protocols. Access is tightly controlled, and our infrastructure is periodically audited to ensure compliance with current best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
